BAHREIN
Sir,
A "No Objection Certificate" was issued to me
in May 1948 to bring a domestic servant from India
(K. T. Thomas, C/o. K. C. Chacko, 171 Rasthaspeth,
Poona), and a deposit of Rs.60/- was made by me at the
time.
Since receiving the No Objection Certificate
the above man was confined to sick-bed for a long time,
and later on I was informed that he is not willing to
come to Bahrein, and that the N.O.C. was lost. I beg
to point out that the N.O.C. was not utilized as no
pass-port was applied for.
I regret my inability to produce the expired
N.O.C. and request that the money deposited by me may
•efunded to me.
Thanking you,
Yours very truly.
