The volume comprises four parts discussing affairs in Muscat which are indirectly related to the Muscat Arbitration discussed in parts 1 and 2:
- part 3 discusses a possible revision of the Treaty of Friendship, Commerce and Navigation between Great Britain and Muscat, originally signed in 1892;
- part 4 considers the status of Muscat citizens living overseas and whether they were entitled to British diplomatic assistance;
- part 5 discusses a dispensary opened in Mutra [Maṭraḥ] by the American Mission hospital, against the wishes of the Sultan of Muscat (Fayṣal bin Turkī Āl Bū Sa‘īd);
- part 6 relates to the proposal to construct a new hospital in Muscat and initial financial donations towards the scheme.
