has instituted s regular ciril and criminal aourt under the
presidency The name given to each of the three divisions of the territory of the East India Company, and later the British Raj, on the Indian subcontinent. of Sheikh Zubeir, who is also judicial minister, who is

merchants consisting of Arab subjects whith meets once a week and
to whom are referred the complicated commercial cases# This bench

has been absolutely necessary to employ an Arabic clerk for the
largt amount of copying work that has to bt done, and I hare bttn
