A Persian version of Book One of the Elements (Στοιχεῖα; كتاب أقليدس [في الأصول]) by the mathematician Euclid of Alexandria (Εὐκλείδης; أقليدس; fl. 300 BC). The diagrams are collected on three fold outs (ff. 74r, 89r and 95r).

Begins (f. 71v, lines 1-2:

مقالهٔ اولى از كتاب اقليدس چهل وهفت شكل است ودر نسخهٔ ثابت

چهل وهشت زيادهٔ يك شكل و ان شكل 2 است عادت چنان رفته است
