Sultan haa telegraphed that he can meet
me at -Karachi June 23rd on which date ± propose to meet
hiro.
2. I suggest that translation of latest
draft of treaty and connected letters should be carried

out as proposed in your paragraph 3 and be sent to me
in duplicate care of General Post Office Karachi to
await arrival.
3. As i t will not be much use my taking
up with Sultan Government of jLndia*s points until con-
-currence of His Majesty's Government in these have been
obtained J- trust it will be possible for latter to be

communicated to me at Karachi.
4. I should also be glad to have
approval of proposals re consular privileges contained
in my letter ^o. 300 -S of 26th May to India uffice.
