These correspondence concern the personality and activities of Shaikh Khalaf bin Aḥmad al-‘Uṣfūr. Details include his appointment and dismissal as Qāḍī of the Shiah community in Bahrain; his relocation to Iraq in 1927; and his temporary return to Bahrain in 1931 to settle his affairs.
