The letter is acknowledging the commands of the Bombay Government dated 4 March 1811. In response, it reports that the muskets intended for ‘Abbās Mīrzā A title of honour originally applied to princes, later to military leaders, and later still to secretaries, chieftains, and other ‘gentlemen’. , the Prince Royal of Persia, have arrived at Bushire and as per the instructions of Sir Gore Ouseley, they are being stored at the factory An East India Company trading post. warehouse until further orders respecting them are received.
