Article 18 . Here, as In the case of Articles 1 and 14,
it seems desirable that H.k.G. and the A.P.O.C. should
see the redraft, so as to ensure that there Is In fact
no alteration of sense.
Article 21 . As the result of discussion with the
Company it has already been agreed that as the sheikh
apparently knows only Arabic and has nobody In his
service who has a fluent knowledge of English, there
are special reasons for allowing the Arabic text to
prevail.
