state that I am not interested in the Kuwait area which comes within
the jurisdiction of the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. , Kuwait.
5. You are no doubt aware that it has been decided in London
that Wells Bos. 1 and 2 in the Qatar area should be junked forthwith.
Orders to this effect are to be issued by the Commander-in-Chief,
Middle East, and will be conveyed to the Company through the politics]
