your letter No«95l/K, dated the 12th February 19 23, and to
say that the Government of India agree to the entertainment
on his grade pay of a Royal Indian Marine clerk, in lieu of
the clerk^sanctidned in paragraph 1(e) of Marine Department
letter Ho,1498“M. dated the 19th October 1922, subject, how
ever s to the condition that the appointment will be filled
only by a 2 nd or 3£d grade Royal Indian Marine clerk,
