This file contains correspondence relating to the Shaikh of Dibba. Correspondence discusses the allegiance of the Shaikh of Dibba, in particular, whether he was a feudatory of the Shaikh of Sharjah or the Sultan of Muscat.

The note gives the opinion that the Resident's decision in June 1933 is not sufficient authority to reverse the orders of 1903.
