The file contains a letter from the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency. at Bahrain to Bahrain Petroleum Company Limited (BAPCO), complaining about the disturbance provoked by American employees on British vessels and the response from BAPCO's General Manager.
The reference number 10/17 on the cover is amended and the file was then renumbered as 10/18.
