The successor to the Court of Directors. , and an addendum, in which is discussed the possibility of a French occupation of Turkish-held Sheikh Said [Ra’s Shaykh Sa‘īd], on the south-western tip of the Arabian Peninsula. A sketch map (f 7) accompanies a report reproduced in the memorandum.
