Memorandum outlining the recent history of smuggling in the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. , and the results of an investigation made by His Majesty's Government, the Government of India, and the Admiralty into the extent to which assistance could be given to Persia in the suppression of the contraband traffic.
