Correspondence and other papers relating to the activities of the Persian Navy in the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. . The papers deal with the movements of Persian naval vessels along the Arab coast of the Gulf, the discussion over what action should be taken in response to unheralded visits, and communication with Persian and Muscat officials about the matter.
