The volume consists of published copies of correspondence between the Foreign Office, the Colonial Office, and British administrative and diplomatic staff in Russia and Persia, plus a copy of the 1907 Anglo-Russian convention. The correspondence concerns the Persian Constitutional Revolution [Iranian Constitutional Revolution] (1906-1911), and the deposition of Mohammad Ali Shah Qajar.
