Porter responds to Hennell's requests for action at Bahrain and al-Qatif (f 55). He states that the vessels Euphrates and Tigris can be despatched to the site of the blockade, and that fifty-five boats comprise the Wahhabi force at al-Qatif. He requests further instructions from Hennell.
