enclose 1 signature, 3 certified and 42 plain copies of the
new Regulation for use in Bahrein.
I am also to enclose,^ for your information, copy of
a letter dated 24th October from the Foreign Office and to
request that you will be good enough to sign and date one
of the certified copies in the usual manner and return it
to this Department for transmission to the Foreign Office.
A copy of this letter (together with three copies
of the new Regulation) is being sent to the Government of
