Distinctive Features:

Compiled and signed by a Special Committee on the Aden Defences formed of Engineers Lieutenant Colonel C.W. Grant and Major Artillery William Jacob, Bombay 23rd April 1844.

Contains plan showing position of Lower Tower and batteries with traversing platforms on the summit of Seera Island. Plans of vaults, first floor plan, longitudinal sections and front elevations are also included. Numbered for reference with key provided.
