which was enclosed in your letter No. P.Z. 6946/52 of the
17th siovember, whether they would see difficulty in
obtaining from the Sheikh a further written consent to
the exercise of jurisdiction by His Majesty*6 Government
over non-koslem foreigners only- I am therefore to enquire
whether Sir aamuel Hoare would see objection to this course.
