Letter regarding Mrs Lyall's expected arrival at Aboo [Abu] and requesting Pelly's orders with regard to the belongings that he has had sealed and left at the Residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. .

The letter also informs Pelly of the actions which Sharman intends to take in order to protect the belongings until he hears from him.
