Failure to licenss a boat makes the owner liable to
a fine of R® 5000/- and confiscation of the boat.
Divers debts Ho encouragement is given to shopkeepers who
try to run in the divers at the time when
they receive the salaf. Previously sallaf was
often attached by an order to the Hakhuda, but
this is now being avoided as much as possible
owing to the policy of reducing all advances.
Hie time to make claims on divers is at the
end of the season, not at the beginMng.
