Dear Sir,
Abdulla Juma, employee No.6057 died at 9*00 a .m. on February
25th, 19^8 due to acute Asthmatic Conditions. The intimation of his
death v/as sent to Bombay Office through our Dhahran Office with a request
to advise us the necessary steps to be taken in regards to payment to his
wife the amount due to him on account of his death benefits.
Our office in Dhahran is now in receipt of a cable from our
Bombay Office indicating that the Protector Of Smigrants, Bombay has no
objection to handling the estate of Abdulla Juma thru the Political Agent A mid-ranking political representative (equivalent to a Consul) from the diplomatic corps of the Government of India or one of its subordinate provincial governments, in charge of a Political Agency.

For your information, the amount due the estate of Abdulla
Juma is as follows: Rs.57- 0-0 due for accrued vacation, Rs.336- 0-0
due in Death Benefits; Rs.3- 0-0 due in unclaimed wages; making a total
of Rs .396- 0-0. However, the account of the deceased shows a debit of
Rs.14-12-0 which leaves a credit balance of Rs.381-4-0 payable to bona
fide dependents or legal heirs.
Will you kindly authorize us to pay the amount of Rs.381-4-0
to the wife of Abdulla Juma who lives in Bahrein.
