Letter regarding papers that Colonel Disbrowe has removed from the residency An office of the East India Company and, later, of the British Raj, established in the provinces and regions considered part of, or under the influence of, British India. , Pelly's movements around the Gulf in the forthcoming days in preparation of the potential bombing of some Wahabee [Wahhabi] ports and requesting a meeting be arranged with Aboo Esau [Abu Esau] to hear first hand about his travels with [William Gifford] Palgrave.

The recipient of this letter, James Charles Edwards, is not named however the incoming letter to this one can be found at Mss Eur F126/44, ff 6-7
