RESOLUTION.
Simla the 13th August 1 ^34.
No. L,E.-82358-E.— The Governor General in
Council is pleased to make under Fundamental
Rule 2 the following amendment in the rules
regulating the leave of Government servants
employed in the Railway Department, published
as Annexure II to Government of India, Rail
way Department (Railway Board) Resolution
No. 8373-E. 3 dated the 20th February 1930 :—
delete the words " It may be withheld in
cases of irregular attendance " ap
pearing at the end of rule 6.
Ordered that this Resolution be communicat
ed to the Departments of the Government of
