"Search for Cil fT which appeared in the "Al Nas 1 newspaper of Basra,
dated 19th December 1935, It speaks for itself,
2, The article in question, I consider of importance, and
should not be overlooked. It is in lay opinion either another of
the many attempts to upset the ohaikh of iluwait, or it emanates
from official circles in Hiath ana may presage coming attempt on
the part of Bin oaud to denunciate the 19 21 Treaty of Uqair.
3. Of the two, I think, the first suggestion to be the
more likely one, and it is probable that the
