ROYALTY GAS METERING SYSTEM

Dear Sir,
The following changes have been made in the Royalty Gas
Metering Manual; these took place on 1st October 1950i-
(1) The installation of R-45, a new meter measuring fuel
gas to the furnaces of No. 4A Crude and No. U Vacuum
Units. This meter replaces R-^l which measured fuel
gas to No. 4- Vacuum Unit only.
(2) The installation of R-4.6, a new meter measuring fuel gas
produced by No. 4A Crude Unit#
Both installations were witnessed by the Government Representative.
Orifice data sheets for these two changes are attached. Please
acknowledge their receipt in the space provided below and return together
with the obsolete sheets.
