Dear Captain Cole:
I am pleased to be able to inform you, unofficially,
that our San Francisco Office has advised, me that it has been
arranged for the tanker "W. S. Rheem w to return here for
another load of oil in addition to the two mentioned in our
letter of March 2l5t. In other words, three loads in addition
to the two which have already been taken are now arranged for.
The first call will probably be in the first part of Hay, the
second about July 1st, and the third along in the latter part
of August.
