Article 15.
Ho failure or omission on the part of the Company
to fulfil any of the conditions of this Agreement shall give
the Shaikh any claim a,gainst the Company or be deemed a
breach of this Agreement insofar as the same arises from
force majeure and if through such force majeure the fulfilment
by the Company of any of the conditions of this Agreement be
delayed, the period of such delay together with such period
as may be reasonably necessary, subject to the approval of
the

Article 16.
If any dispute should arise between, the Shaikh and

to any matter arising out of it or with reference to the
obligations of either party under it, such dispute shall,
failing any agreement to settle it in any other way, oe
referred to two arbitrators, one to be nominated by the
Shaikh and one by the Company. Each party shall nominate
its arbitrator within 30 days of receiving a request from
