jNOTE of observations upon the Petroleum Department's Memorandum
on the form of mining lease, which forms the Third Schedule to
the Agreement of December 2nd, 1925, "between the Sheikh of
Bahrein and the Eastern and G-eneral Syndicate,
The amendments proposed in Articles 1, 2, 3, 8 (first
sentence;, 10^12, are of a technical nature, and can presumabljl

might he submitted to the Company.

Map 2 (folio 334) shows BAPCO’s roads, telephone and water lines, along with oil and water well locations. Map 3 (folio 335) is a site plan of BAPCO’s camp at Jebel Dukhan.
