dated the 16th February 1936 it was
agreed that only cargo consigned
to the Bahrain Petroleum Company
Limited will be unloaded at Sitrah
and that cargo for other consignees
will be landed at the Customs pier
at Manamah; whilst it is nowhere im-
/ plied in that letter that passengers
can be landed at Sitrah.
