memorandum No. 253-28/5 dated 13th February
1938 on the subject of persons from ships
anchored at Sitra: the Bahrain Government
do not object to the Captains of ships an
chored at Sitra landing at Sitrah purely on
ship's business or to members of crews being
landed if they should be in need of medical
assistance which can be given at the Bahrain
Petroleum Company^ hospital. But these pri
vileges are liable to be withdrawn at any time,
if, in the opinion of the Bahrain Government,
circumstances so require.
