covering letter No.1603-1/4 dated the 11th May 1947 from
him to me. I strongly recommend his application for two
months leave in the United Kingdom with effect ^rom the 15tl:
June 1947 for the reasons stated by him in his letter.

There are occasional additional numbers in red and blue crayon.
