of Bahrain. his contract was made by the Bahrain Gov-

Company, being half of the a^reea ^rice of boring, casing
anc equipinp thetc wells. 1 have not, nor have I had
any intention of discussing the Bahrain oil concession or
of drilling for oil on Bahrain.
