26th of March reading as follows:-

objected because Draft presented by

Mackie also informed me by telegram that the Sultan had
not objected to the new draft, but as advised you in my letter
of the 28th instant I received a subsequent telegram from Mackie
informing me that the original Colonial Office draft had already
