anchorage. As we do not contemplate acquiring land for purpose
of accommodating flying boat unit at Koweit anchorage only
should suffice there and we suggest it should not be necessary
to acquire la d for this purpose. In view of possible
expenditure involved for Area (a) what are your minimum
requirements for flying boats.
