With reference to our recent conversation
on the subject of certain amendments to the Draft Treaty,
I understood Your Highness agreed to the following amend
ments and change s:-
{a) Oorrections in the English text which
were considered essential for grammatical and other reasons
as given in the following paragraph. ^3%^
(1) In Article l(ii)f lines 2 and 8, the words
