was at that time highly incensd tor the Afhont which he had

The AmbafTador of Genoa arriv'd at at the fame
time that thefe Endeavours were us'd to prevent his Recepti
on. Which was to him however no furprize, in regard he
had already had Intelligence while he was at Sea, that fomc

the Refidentof Genoa in France, having made known to the
King, that his Mafters had fent the Marquifs of in
the Quality of an Amballador to the King (hould
