The letter is reporting that the Resident has received intelligence from Lingah [Bandar-e-Lengeh] indicating that two supposed pirate boats are cruising in the neighbourhood of the island of Inderabia [Hendorābī, Jazīreh-ye]. It further instructs the Commander to send the HC Sloop Constance to investigate the report, and to seize the boats in question if they are found to be engaging in piracy.
