Hennell writes of the 'lawless proceedings' of Soheil ben Aleish who has carried out raids from the Guttur [Qatar] towns of Fowarit [Fuwairit], Doah [Doha] and Wukra [Al-Wakrah]. Hennell requests Porter's assistance in meting out punishment on these towns, first in the imposition of a fine of 1,000 crowns, and second of the demolition of forts by bombardment from the sea.
