Informing Mr Rosalie (supercargo of the merchant ship Lady Sale ) that His Majesty's Minister at Tehran has obtained financial retribution from the Persian Government, owing to the detention of the Lady Sale at Bushire by the local authorities the previous summer, and the losses incurred as a result.
