Reference your confidential letter No.C/54^ dated
the 3rd July iy34 on the subject ol the tallc which I had
with you about sending reliable and intelligent persons to
Buraimi and its neighbourhood and other matters about whicn
you have written.
I beg to inform you that as soon as I received
your letter I began to search for men who know about the
places mentioned in your letter and alter great difficulty
I managed to send my cousin T Abaur Rahman bin Htisam who
is an intelligent and able person m matters which require
thorough investigations and enquiries. He is accompanied,
by the ShaiKh of the Manasir named Ghanim bin Yaru, Shaikh
Hilal bin Dhiyab of Bam Yas and the Shaikh of the T Awamir
named Dahbah(or Rahbah) numbering about ten persons. On
account of the hot weather no other persons will go to the
places required. I hope they will be able to collect the
information required. They left Sharjah for Buraimi on the
21st July ly34, which fact I mention for your mxormation.
