civilly at Sea, fince they being fuperior in

threatned to carry him and the Ship to Ma-
dagafcary and deliver him to the Pirates.
A bout Chriftmas I brake up Houfe-keep-
ing, and paid Houfe Rent for Captain Cock
and his Officers to remain in it a Month af
ter me, and knpwing the Scarcity of Money
among him and his Family, I gave him a Bag

oil his Voyage to Eyrofe, on condition,
that when he was in a Capacity to pay me,
he would not forget to repay me. 1 gave
his firft Lieutenant jog . and the fecond Lieu
