Nationals of the two High
Contracting -arties shall, r/ithin the
territories of each other? enjoy
freedom of conscience and religious
toleration, the free and public
exercise of all forms of religion,
provided that such exercise does not
wound or outrage the religious
susceptibilities of the country in
which it is proposed to he practised,
and the right to "build edifices for
religious worship in places specified
for the purpose "by local authorities.
Nothing shall he done by either High
Contracting '.arty that may disturb
existing places of worship belonging
to nationals of the other.
