Article 23*
(1) The present treaty shall
remain in force for a period of 12 years
from the date of its entry into force.
Unless one of the High Contracting Parties
shall have given to the other notice of
termination one year "before the expiry
of this period, the present treaty shall
remain in force until the expiry of
one year from the date on which such
notice shall have "been given.
(2) A notice given under this
