there aight be new regulations affecting consignments of
crude oil such as those by the "California Standard® and
® n K.R.Kingsbury" was unfounded. His Majesty^s Government
have instructed me also to say that at present there is
no occasion for providing facilities for oil shipments to
European destinations though the question Introducing
