affairs to acicnowledge the receipt of your letter Ho .P.4730
of the 7th Instant respecting the export of the oxide already
mined at Abu Musa.
I an to Inforn you In reply that Sir E.Grey concurs
In the proposed telegram to the Oovemnent of India, subject
to the substitution of the words "before the end of Decenber
to
1912" for "before next hot weather* 1 , and subject also/the
following addition at the end:- ,T but he should as far as
possible facilitate the German operations".
Sir E. Grey Is naklng a communication to the German
Anbassador In the sense of the draft telegram as amended.
