This file contains correspondence between various British officials, translated copies of telegrams exchanged between Ottoman officials and Shaikh Mubārak Āl Ṣabāḥ (the ruler of Kuwait) and direct correspondence between British officials in the Gulf region and Shaikh Mubārak.
