Ephraim Gerrish Stannus, Resident in the Persian Gulf The historical term used to describe the body of water between the Arabian Peninsula and Iran. , Bushire, encloses the original of two receipts from Captain Charles Sealy and Captain John Michael Guy, together with the first bill of exchange for advances made to the aforementioned captains for the disbursements of two of the Honourable Company's cruisers, the Ternate and the Discovery.
