Letter regarding the fate of five small craft which were swamped during heavy weather; a bughlah [Buglah] which was sold and three Sooree [Sur] craft which had been sequestered by the Muskat [Muscat] authorities as part compensation for their own vessels plundered at sea by the Soor. The Government reply No. 822 of 1866 can be found on the verso The back of a sheet of paper or leaf, often abbreviated to 'v'. of folio 68.

Enclosed is a letter from Pelly to Mr G Rozario, in charge of local duties - Muskat, 15 February 1866 regarding the sale of the craft.
